Compliments, comments & complaints
We want to hear it all — what we're getting right and what we're not. If something isn't good enough, tell us at hello@luxamorcare.org and we will acknowledge your complaint promptly, investigate it properly, and tell you honestly what we found and what we'll change.
You can also raise a concern about any registered care service directly with the Care Inspectorate — at any time, without telling us first — via careinspectorate.com.
Worried about someone's safety?
If you believe an adult is at risk of harm or neglect, contact the social work team at their local council (every Scottish council has an adult protection line), or the Police on 101. In an emergency, always call 999.
Safeguarding concerns about our own service will always be taken seriously, recorded, and referred under adult support and protection procedures.
